Renaissance’s role is that of a facilitator in the development of mixed income communities which provide safe, quality, affordable housing for the workforce of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Renaissance seeks to partner with non-profit organizations, local officials, mission-driven developers and others to affect the creation of vibrant, diverse and sustainable communities across the Gulf Coast.
